Who are we? We are Beth Britt and Jonn McYnturff. We have been full time Realtors for over 21 years and have helped hundreds of clients through the process of buying and selling real estate. Together we have earned many different awards and accolades over the years such as Best in Client Satisfaction from 2004 thru 2021, John L Scott's Chairman's Circle and Top 1% Awards, but the best award that we have received is through the friendships and relationships that we have made throughout our career and to have over 90% of our business come in the form of referrals.
We both graduated from the University of Washington and are avid Husky Fans. Beth Britt played golf for the University of Washington and concentrated in the field of Sociology. Jonn McYnturff graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and economics. We continue to increase our knowledge in our industry by taking continuing education classes, reading reports and studies, and meeting with colleagues and other real estate industry professionals to keep up to date with the ever changing climate.
We have created a successful business by keeping it simple and focusing on only one thing…taking care of our clients and putting theirs needs first and foremost. We continue to look for new ways to enhance our service to our clients.

Our Company History
John L. Scott was founded in 1931 in the heart of downtown Seattle. From the beginning, we have been committed to raising the bar on ethics and standards in real estate. While we are the oldest local company in the Northwest, we’ve maintained our position as an industry leader by embracing innovations in technology, anticipating industry trends, and keeping a pioneering start-up mentality.
